SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 22 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria’s financial regulator said on Friday it has approved the prospectus for the listing on the Sofia bourse of local special purpose vehicle (SPV) Health & Wellness.
The regulator approved for listing an issue of 29,734,320 shares with a par value and issue price of 10 levs ($6.4/5.1 euro) each, the Financial Supervision Commission said in a statement published on its website.
