SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 10 (SeeNews) - The Bulgarian town of Gabrovo has called a tender for the upgrade of a municipal landfill and for the construction of a regional waste management system, a notice in the EU's procurement journal indicated on Friday.
The project has an estimated value of 16.4 million levs ($10.3 million/8.4 million euro), the notice in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) indicated.
The project also involves the construction of technical infrastructure and associated buildings and facilities. The duration of contract will be 1,095 days.
Bids must be submitted by October 8 and will be opened on the next day.
Gabrovo is located in north-central Bulgaria.
