SOFIA (Bulgaria), August 21 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian special purpose vehicle Health&Wellness said on Tuesday it has raised its capital by 29.7 million levs ($18.8 million/15.2 million euro) through a new share issue.
The company has sold 2,973,432 new shares with a par value and issue price of 10 levs each, Health&Wellness said in a bourse filing.
The decision for the share offering was adopted at a general shareholders’ meeting in March.
