SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 12 (SeeNews) – The Bulgarian municipality of Veliki Preslav, in the north eastern part of the country, will implement a 10.9 million levs ($6.8 million/5.6 million euro) water cycle project, the country's environment ministry said on Thursday.
