SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 17 (SeeNews) – Power distributor CEZ Bulgaria said on Thursday it will invest by the end of the year a total of 3.8 million levs ($2.47 million/1.94 million euro) in grid upgrades in the area of Vratsa.
