ZAGREB (Croatia), August 8 (SeeNews) – Croatia's government-run Agency for State Property Management said on Wednesday it has issued a public call for expressions of interest for the purchase of stakes in local companies Croatia-Baterije and Regeneracija Netkani Tekstil i Tepisi.
The agency has issued a public call for expressions of interest for a 8.2% stake in textile company Regeneracija Netkani Tekstil i Tepisi and a 2.74% stake in Croatia-Baterije, the agency said in a statement.
The nominal value of the privatisation-bound Regeneracija Netkani Tekstil i Tepisi stake is 6.1 million kuna ($1.0 million/814,200 euro), while that of the Croatia-Baterije stake is 1.5 million kuna.
Letters of intent should be submitted by August 23.
