ZAGREB (Croatia), August 21 (SeeNews) - Croatia's telecoms regulator, HAKOM, said on Tuesday it has received four bids in a public tender for the award of state aid to build broadband networks in underserved mountain and offshore areas.
The bids were submitted by wireless carrier Vipnet, incumbent telco Hrvatski Telekom, VVISP and alternative telco H1 Telekom, HAKOM said in a statement.
The bidding deadline expired on August 20.
HAKOM's council will take a decision on the disbursement of the subsidies by September 28.
