Greece’s Emporiki Bank Transfers SEE Units Shares to France’s Credit Agricole

SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 15 (SeeNews) – Greek lender Emporiki Bank said its board of directors approved the transfer of the shares held in Emporiki Bank Romania, Emporiki Bank Bulgaria and Emporiki Bank Albania to parent group Credit Agricole.
