BELGRADE (Serbia), August 8 (SeeNews) – The Serbian unit of German engineering conglomerate Siemens has won a 6.1 million euro ($7.5 million) deal to supply equipment and materials for the 400/110 kilovolt Vranje-4 substation project, a contract award notice in the European Union's procurement journal indicated on Wednesday.
The duration of contract is 24 months, the notice published in the Tenders Electronic Daily (TED) showed.
The contracting authority is the EU, represented by the European Commission, on behalf of and for the account of the beneficiary country.
