BUCHAREST (Romania), August 8 (SeeNews) - A stake of 0.009% in Romania’s top oil and gas group OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] was traded for 1.9 million lei ($515,700/417,800 euro) on the Bucharest bourse on Wednesday, stock exchange data showed.
A total of five million shares changed hands in one block deal at a price of 0.38 lei each, data from the Bucharest Stock Exchange indicated.
The parties to the deal were not disclosed.
In regular trading, blue-chip OMV Petrom’s shares were trading 1.06% down at 0.3819 lei by 1257 GMT on the Bucharest bourse.
