SOFIA (Bulgaria), July 24 (SeeNews) – The average weighted annual yield on a ten-year Bulgarian Treasury notes issue which the finance ministry reopened, fell to 3.49% from 4.12% at the previous auction in April, the ministry said on Tuesday.
